PROJECT DETAILS

This large-scale landscaping project features a complete front yard, backyard, and side yard transformation, completed in multiple phases for a fully integrated outdoor living experience. Designed and built for long-term functionality and curb appeal, this project highlights expert grading, custom hardscaping, and detailed landscape installation.

Phase 1 – Driveway & Front Entry:
We excavated and prepared the front yard for a new paver driveway and entry walkway. The design includes a decorative paver border set on a concrete footing for durability, with the remaining pavers installed over a compacted base and sand. A professional-grade sealer was applied to enhance longevity and appearance.

Phase 2 – Hardscape, Grading & Structural Features:
Over 500 yards of soil were imported and graded across the front, back, and side yards to establish proper elevation and drainage. Custom hardscape features include a paver patio, connecting walkways, raised planter beds with a sitting wall, and a built-in fire pit for outdoor entertaining. A redwood arbor was constructed over the patio, complemented by wrought iron fencing with multiple access gates. Additional highlights include decorative boulder placement, dry creek beds, crushed granite pathways surrounding the property, a dry stack rock wall, and a two-tier retaining wall for structural support and visual depth.

Phase 3 – Planting, Irrigation & Landscape Lighting:
The final phase included installation of trees, shrubs, and ground cover to complete the landscape design. A multi-zone drip irrigation system with a 12-station controller and multiple hose bibs ensures efficient water management. An intricate low voltage lighting system was installed throughout the property to enhance safety, highlight key features, and create a stunning nighttime ambiance.
